02

When is the best time to visit Kenya?

The best time to visit Kenya is during the dry season, from June to October; however, the Great Migration takes place between July and September, which is often a bucket list for safari goers - the downside is that if you chose your lodge unwisely, you could end up with high concentrations of vehicles at sightings and it can be very crowded. Make sure your safari expert knows your expectations and budget in order to give you the best experience.

03

Which is the better destination Kenya or Tanzania?

While Kenya is definitely the better-known destination, it can be a disaster on either side of the border if you are in the wrong place at the wrong time. Kenya is known to be a more affordable destination due to the high volume of lodges and hotels.

Tanzania also offers a myriad of unique parks and reserves that attract safari goers with specific interests. The Ngorongoro Crater is a huge draw card for travelers. Tanzania is also on the pricier side of the scale, due to large distances between regions which often necessitate light aircraft transfers.
